Qualifications:

Required
• Enrolled undergraduate student
• Able to work a minimum of 6 hours per week, excluding school breaks
• Job requires ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged amount of time. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Preferred
• Experience working in an office /administrative setting
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
• Ability to work Monday mornings

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Position Summary/Job Duties:

This role provides office and administrative support for our education programs. It’s a great way to gain professional skills, learn how a medical education program operates, and contribute to a fast-paced academic environment.
What you’ll do:
• Help manage data and maintain records
• Assist with preparing rotation materials
• Sort and distribute mail and packages
• Support staff with special projects and other administrative tasks
