Schedule:
Hours worked will fall between Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm with flexibility to accommodate the student's curricular schedule. We prioritize working around the student's curricular schedule each semester as class hours change. Training and work will take place in-person initially, and may shift to hybrid after the initial onboarding is complete.

Position Summary/Job Duties:
The Internal Medicine Residency education program in the Department of Medicine seeks a part time Student Administrative Support Specialist. We are looking for an individual to assist with administrative work during weekday business hours. This is an immediate opening, continuing through the individual's graduation from undergrad, and includes summer hours. The person in this role will function as part of a larger staff team of professionals that supports learners, trainees, and faculty in the Department of Medicine. Duties include general administrative work, special event assistance, and other duties as assigned. The person in this position is expected to utilize discretion and confidentiality when handling secure and sensitive information.
