SuccessWorks is the center for personal and professional development, just for College of Letters & Science students. We connect students with the advisors, alumni, and employers who can help them explore their interests, try out different occupations, and then land the job or internship of their dreams. Our classes teach career skills with SuccessWorks’ support.

Qualifications:
Mandatory: -Graduate student, in good standing at UW–Madison (minimum 3.0 GPA) -Wireless access to email, Canvas, and Zoom (personal laptop/tablet required) -Bachelor’s degree in a liberal arts and sciences field Preferred: -Enrolled in a graduate program outside the College of Letters and Science -Professional work experience outside academia -Teaching, grading, or coaching experience of any kind
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
-Ability to articulate the benefit of a liberal arts and sciences education for career success -Appreciation of the diverse backgrounds, needs, and goals of UW-Madison undergraduates across a wide variety of programs and majors -Familiarity with student advising and/or career development -Knowledge of how to give effective feedback
Position Summary/Job Duties:
-Prepare for grading by participating in team meetings -Grade autonomously, meeting deadlines for a 1-week turnaround on submissions -Escalate edge cases to the TA

-Speak in team meetings
