Department Overview:

This position will provide administrative support to the Justice Community Overdose Innovation Network (JCOIN) Study in the Center for Health Enhancement System Studies (CHESS). Currently all work can be completed remotely.

Anticipated Start Date:

June 1st, 2026

June 1st, 2027

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will be able to work independently and make sense of information that is not always clear. Not afraid to ask questions and seek out resources needed to get the job done well. A commitment of one year is preferred. Position can be remote. Student must be motivated and able to complete the duties while working outside of an office setting.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Demonstrates skill using Word, Microsoft Excel and Power-point. Detailed, accurate, and reliability are critical. Proficiency with Excel is required. Having working knowledge of Zoom and similar video chat applications are not required but suggested.
