Department Overview:

Schedule:
Flexible schedule with occasional scheduled events that require specific time frames. Tues mornings and the last Thur of the month afternoon would be preferable. Hours available between 7am and 5pm. Year-round hours available.

Must be a registered student for the duration of employment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs Ability to problem-solve Ability to work self-directed Comfortable with navigating new systems and technology Prior experience in an office setting (preferred)
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Duties will include a range of administrative tasks such as data entry, mail delivery, maintaining calendars, and development of materials for administrative leadership (including creating visually appealing graphics that follow brand strategy).
Physical Demands:
Ability to deliver mail between buildings.
