Position Summary/Job Duties:

The Rigby is seeking a Marketing Intern to support a variety of marketing initiatives that promote the restaurant, events, and overall guest experience. This internship is ideal for students interested in marketing, communications, digital media, event promotion, hospitality, or business.
The Marketing Intern will work closely with leadership to execute marketing campaigns, create promotional materials, capture content on-site, and assist with community engagement efforts. While this position offers hybrid flexibility, regular on-site attendance at The Rigby is expected to capture content, support events, and complete in-person marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities include: - Create and publish engaging content for Instagram and Facebook, including posts, reels, and stories. - Capture high-quality photo and video content showcasing menu items, specialty drinks, events, and the overall guest experience. - Assist with planning, creating, scheduling, and executing marketing campaigns. - Design promotional materials, including posters, flyers, digital graphics, and event advertisements. - Print and distribute marketing materials on-site as needed. - Support neighborhood marketing efforts by promoting The Rigby within the local community and building relationships with nearby businesses and organizations. - Assist with planning, setting up, and promoting restaurant events and special promotions. - Monitor and respond to online customer reviews while supporting reputation and review management initiatives. - Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across marketing materials and social media platforms. - Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities to increase audience interaction. - Stay current on marketing and social media trends and recommend creative campaign ideas. - Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategies, promotions, and special projects. - Track marketing performance and provide recommendations for continued growth.
