Our team supports students across the full program lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding through graduation — ensuring smooth, well-run program delivery at every step. The front desk is the operational hub of this work, where organization, responsiveness, and continuity keep the office running for students, staff, and faculty alike.

1. Consistent availability for the morning shift, Monday through Friday 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 3. Ability to work independently and take initiative without close supervision 4. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable owning a recurring routine
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Organization: Able to manage multiple recurring tasks and keep systems (supplies, files, records) orderly and current Initiative: Anticipates needs and acts before problems escalate rather than waiting for direction Problem-solving: Troubleshoots issues in the moment and knows when to resolve independently versus escalate Communication: Coordinates clearly with staff, students, IT, and facilities Technical comfort: Familiar with standard office tools (Google Workspace, shared drives, printers/copiers) and able to learn office-specific systems Discretion & reliability: Handles mail, records, and staff information responsibly and consistently
Position Summary/Job Duties:
The Front Desk Program Assistant owns the daily operational backbone of the MBA & Master's Programs office. This person opens the office each morning, runs the daily opening routine, and ensures continuity of operations regardless of what else is happening. They are the reliable constant at the front desk — anticipating problems, initiating solutions, and keeping supplies, equipment, and shared files running smoothly week to week.
Physical Demands:
Ability to be present and stationed at the front desk during the scheduled shift Frequent sitting, with periods of standing and walking around the office Occasional lifting and carrying of supplies, mail, and packages (typically up to 25 lbs) Bending, reaching, and stooping to restock supplies and access storage or files
