Department Overview:

Schedule:
Up to 40 hours per week during summer. Minimum 15 hours per week during school year. Help Desk are 8am - 5pm Monday thru Friday. During school year and events season, night and weekend work required - typically one or two shifts of approximately 5-6 hours each.

Qualifications:
Applicants are expected to be skilled on computers. No technical job experiences required, but helpful. This is an IT position with an emphasis on people skills.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
General computer knowledge - hardware and software. Good communication and attention to detail. Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Help Desk component of this position is to support any IT related question from Athletics Staff. Events component entails working during UW sporting events such as Football, Basketball, Volleyball and Hockey to be 1st level support for any IT issues.

Ability to lift 25lbs
