Position Summary/Job Duties:

Kitchen Coordinator to help with ordering, design, prep, and cooking of meals using mostly organic, fresh ingredients and garden produce. We serve wholesome fresh meals and use as much produce from our garden as possible. Meals are for up to 90 people. Responsibilities include (and are not limited to) ordering food, cooking, supervising campers & counselors who help in the kitchen and cabin duties. We are willing to teach and help you build your resume. Room and board are included!

Qualifications:

Understanding of cooking. We cook most everything from scratch and use produce from our garden. Must be able to work with others in the kitchen and know your basic cooking techniques.
