Tipi Produce is a certified organic farm located 35 minutes south of Madison. We raise mixed vegetables for sale to natural foods coops and food pantries in Madison and Milwaukee, and direct to customers through our CSA and onfarm u-picks.  Established in 1976 and owned by two UW-Madison graduates (Plant Pathology and Horticulture).

Our FT schedule is Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (or 6:00 pm).
Our PT schedule is four days per week during Monday - Friday.  Must be able to work full days.

Join our lively work crew and learn organic farming in a supportive workplace.  You will be involved in all aspects of growing vegetable crops, including greenhouse work, transplanting, weeding, harvesting, washing and packing produce. New farmhands train by working side-by-side with our experienced crew. 

All the food we raise is eaten locally, distributed through diversified wholesale and retail operations in Madison and Milwaukee.  We are happy to share our long experience with young and beginning farmers.  This is challenging, satisfying work and you will learn a great deal.  $17.50 – 19.00/hour based on experience, plus commuting subsidy and abundant vegetables to take home.  Season is May/June through mid-November.  See website for full job description.

• Prior farming experience is valuable but not necessary.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift 40 lb.
