Position Summary/Job Duties:

UW Madison Professor and her spouse are seeking help with home routine and organizing tasks (mostly laundry, cleaning, taking care of our cat, kitchen tasks, occasional organizing) and seasonal outdoor cleanup (collecting leaves and tree branches, sweeping the porch/driveway, etc.) for the upcoming academic year.

The commitment for this position of a home helper is one 3-hour visit per week at $20 per hour. We are in Middleton on the bus line and will pay a flat of $20 per visit to cover expenses (your time, bus ticket/gas, etc.) to get to us. This brings your total payment to $80 per 3-hour visit or the effective hourly rate is $26.67 per hour. We also tip $5-15 on top of $80 after we check completed work that day and feel that you have done very well. If you see the ad, you can still apply.

We are looking for someone who:

(a) can follow instructions on the to-do list well,

(b) is reliable (needs to cancel or reschedule rarely such as once every 2 months or less frequently), responsible, and friendly,
