Bistro525 is located in the beautiful and two-time Connie Award winning DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown. Bistro525 is open Sunday-Saturday from 6:30 AM-11:00 PM and provides a generous selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings as well as Starbucks coffee and craft espresso drinks. 

Well qualified candidates should be willing and able to work Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM-12:00 PM weekly.

Bistro525, located in the beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown, is hiring friendly, service orientated, and hardworking individuals to join the Food and Beverage department as Starbucks® Baristas as we gear up for a fun and busy summer. The Team Member(s) who fill this position will be scheduled on Saturday and Sunday, weekly, from 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience is great but NOT necessary! If you enjoy working in the lively nature of the service industry while creating exceptional customer experiences, then you have what it takes and we will teach you the rest! We provide ample on-the-job training to prepare all Team Members to complete their job successfully. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Willing and able to work Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM-12:00 PM
• Be a warm and welcoming presence for our morning breakfast Guests while providing genuine and exceptional service to all guests
• Baristas are responsible for accurate cash handling and processing all Guest checks from the coffee station
• With training, prepare an array of specialty Starbucks® drinks to company standards
• Work as a team with fellow Team Members and Management to ensure Guest satisfaction
