Position Summary/Job Duties:
The Cereal Crops Research Unit (USDA) is seeking an undergraduate student to assist in general laboratory duties. Applicants must be able to work at least 8-12 hours/week during the week the weekday hours of 8 AM-5PM.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail oriented, and able to work independently with an interest in Biological Sciences, preferably a first or second year student, may consider third year students.
The incumbent’s duties include:
Performing lab support tasks including but not limited to: Greenhouse work, seed cleaning and counting, dishwashing, autoclaving, reagent/chemical preparation, and general lab upkeep. Training will be provided.
Qualifications:

Physical Demands
Must be able to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time.
