Department Overview:

The host family location is the Dudgeon-Monroe neighborhood of Madison (near west side by Trader Joe’s) where one or both parents will be working from home.

Schedule:

You would need to have a car to pick up one child on the east side (near Jenifer Street Market) at 7:30am and should arrive at the host house by 8am. Then you’ll leave the host house at 1pm for a 1:30pm dropoff on the east side.

Pay is $25/hr for care and $20/hr for the transportation, which amounts to $725/week for a typical week. You will get 11 paid holidays and 5 compensated sick days.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Hello everyone! Two families are seeking a part-time nanny for a nanny share starting in June 2025, with some flexibility on start date. We will have 2 kiddos (1 per family) who will both be ~3 months old. We are looking for 30 hours per week. There's also the possibility for occasional babysitting on evenings/weekends. If it's a good fit we’re looking for someone to continue the arrangement until Sept 2026.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has experience with infants and enjoys playing and taking the kids for walks. Non-smoker, with Covid and flu vaccinations. First aid and CPR certification required or willing to be acquired. The host family has a cat but nothing is required for him and no housework is required.
