Schedule:
Academic Year: 10-20 hours per week.
Summer: 30-40 hours per week.
Scheduled hours between 7:45am – 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $15.00 to $15.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:
Performs variety of routine office support tasks. Provides office coverage as needed. In addition to the duties below, this position will be responsible for data entry and auditing of all student job information into the campus employment databases (Student Employment Application (SEA), Human Resources System (HRS), University Housing's Kronos timekeeping system and Workday). Completes work following existing procedures.
Provides office coverage as needed, including answering and directing incoming calls.
Provides support to employees completing employment paperwork.
Accurately enter and audit data for current and future employees in a variety of programs and data bases.
Create and send a variety of Human Resources & Payroll correspondence.
Assist with the filing, retention, and purging of Human Resources & Payroll related records.
Run reports and track various processes.
Assist with various records management, including scanning and archiving confidential paperwork.
Other administrative support functions and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of a confidential criminal background check is required.
Preference will be given to applicants with prior office and/ customer service experience.
Data entry experience is a bonus.
