Hours can be somewhat flexible but looking for generally Monday-Friday 8-1pm (25 hours per week). My husband or I will work from home to take over for afternoon care. Plan to be off for holidays and we will take a week of vacation over July 4th and again in August that care will not be needed for. Flexible to work around if a Student has a summer vacation time off needed as well.

We're looking for an engaged student to help with Summer childcare of our 3 school aged kids (Addy-12, Wyatt- 9 and Mya- 6 years old). Our kids have loved our swim club in years past and can expect the morning time will include swim team practice and lesson time at the pool then transition home for lunch or alternate activity. Will need to guide some downtime activities at the pool between lesson times (generally they find friends at the pool and fall into a good routine with this). In addition to general childcare, would like assistance with transportation, prompting the transitions and preparing/cleaning up lunch.

We live near West Side Madison (near Glenway Golf course). Care would primarily take place at our home or local club pool (5-10 minute drive away). General expectations of no screen time during care hours (which has always been our morning rule in years past). Our kids being school aged, would be great to have an engaged individual to play and interact with and also set expecations for guiding the children to manage their own belongings and general self care tasks.
