Position Summary/Job Duties:
The qualified candidate will be helping with general building maintenance needs including: painting apartment units, cleaning hallways, maintaining lawns and hedges, snow removal.
Starting pay is $21.50 per hour.
Paid holidays and sick days.
Yearly bonus and retirement contribution.
Qualifications:
Dedicated and willing to work hard in a team enviornment.
Some building/property maintenance experience preferred but not required.
