Position Summary/Job Duties:
Join a dynamic and exciting team as the Clubs & Bar Supervisor with Levy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison! This role offers a unique opportunity to work across three iconic venues — Kohl Center, University Ridge Golf Course , and Camp Randall Stadium — and play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for guests. If you’re an experienced leader in the food and beverage industry with a passion for hospitality, this is the perfect role for you. Anticipated start date of June 1st.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the daily food and beverage operations before, during, and after all events to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Be the expert on menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing, and communicate this clearly to your team.
Ensure all areas are fully stocked and prepped for seamless operations, maintaining a high standard of readiness at all times.
Foster and maintain a culture of outstanding customer service, resolving any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, both Levy and State standards, to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and the Levy team, while actively seeking feedback to improve service.
Verify and manage opening and closing inventories, ensuring accuracy at all times.
Enforce Levy's company guidelines as per the employee handbook and training manual.
Uphold responsible alcohol service policies to promote safety and enjoyment for all guests.
Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
1+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and team members effectively.
Valid ServSafe Alcohol Certification or equivalent is preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting.
Fluent in English.
