Responsibilities

• Play, reading, music, and outdoor walks.

• Prep and serve simple lunches/snacks; manage bottles/cups.

• Diaper changes and naps (she’s on a consistent schedule and sometimes naps for 3+ hours in the afternoon).

• Light tidying of Ruby’s play area/kitchen cleanup from meals.

• Comfort around our friendly dog!

Compensation & perks

• Pay: $ 18-20 per hour (DOE).

• Guaranteed weekly minimum hours.

• Paid time if we cancel a scheduled day.

• Snacks, coffee, and a relaxed home environment. 

• Strong reference letter at summer’s end!

Requirements

• Prior infant/toddler experience and two childcare references.

• Non‑smoker, reliable transportation to Sun Prairie.

• Open communication with us.

Nice‑to‑haves

• Early Childhood Education or related major.

• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before July).

• Spanish speaker (Ruby will attend Spanish‑immersion daycare later on).

• Creativity with crafts, music, or outdoor activities.
