Position Title: Office Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Office Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our Madison Office organized, efficient, and welcoming for teammates, guests, and investors. This role oversees daily needs including supply orders, vendor coordination, and maintaining effective communication throughout the office. The Office Coordinator also contributes to events and special projects, working with teams across the company to ensure the office reflects Raymond Management Company’s high-quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Office Operations. Oversees day-to-day office functions, including answering phones, managing supplies, sorting mail, coordinating maintenance, working with vendors, assisting our investors, and ensuring office equipment is operational. Provides support to office teams with scheduling, printing, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics.
• Event Coordination. Assists with planning and executing meetings, celebrations, and events. Prepares materials and ensures details are in place so everything runs smoothly.
• Communication and Organization. Supports internal communication by sharing timely updates and organizing tools and systems that keep teammates informed. Assists with external communication efforts, including preparing and distributing materials for investors and other outside stakeholders.
• Records and Procedures. Keep files, systems, and process documentation organized and up to date. Assists with recordkeeping, reporting, and compliance efforts.
• General Support and Administration. Contributes to the overall success of the office and RMC by taking on special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
