Department Overview:
Rental Community Services Inc. has been painting in the Madison area since 1999. Work is primarily interior painting units and common areas. Some additional exterior work as well.
Anticipated Hours Per Week
30-35
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday 9:00 - finished (generally between 3pm and 4pm)
Occasional weekends and overtime
Mainly summer hours but possibility or working on weekends or evenings in the fall.
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $17.00 to $20.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:
Painter needed for apartment for apartment painting in Madison and surrounding area 30-35 per week. Mainly interior work with occasional exertior painting as well. Painter will need to lift 50 pounds. Painting position will run to the end of August.
Candidate will have a good work attitude and will need to be able follow instructions.
Some professional painting experience is a plus.
Pay is $17-$20 an hour BOE and paid on a weekly basis.
Hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 - until finished (generally between 3pm and 4pm). Occasional overtime may be required.
