Wednesdays from about 8:00-3:30 or 4:00. Hours can start later if needed.

I’m looking for someone to come to our home in Portage 1-2 days per week. I work from home and am in and out of meetings on Wednesdays. Another day can be added if wanted, but not necessary! Hours would be roughly 8-3:30/4:00, but can start later if needed.

Your primary responsibility is to take care of an almost 2 year old that loves to snuggle! She has special needs and although she is almost 2, she functions as a baby (developmental delay). She goes to PT/OT/Feeding therapy weekly. She does not weight bare on her legs and she is working on sitting unassisted right now. No feeding tube or any “extra” tasks involved in caring for her regarding her special needs. She has minor seizures, but just had a device implanted that is supposed to help them. Her seizures are spasms, no scary grand mal seizures, so you just hold her while shes having them! She is also vision impaired, although we don’t know how much. We know she can see much more than her doctor thinks! Ideally, you'll also be able to take her to music class down the road on Wednesdays. We will talk more during an interview! We have one other kiddo is almost 8 and will be in school, so you will not be reponsible for caring for her.

Our current Nanny is going to school in the fall so this position starts late August.

Pay is $18-$20 per hour. 

Previous experience with kids is preferred. 

Need your own vehicle. Can use mine when transporting child, but you'll need to drive yourself here.
