Position Summary/Job Duties:

We are two moms seeking a reliable and nurturing part-time nanny to care for our 1-year-old baby. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of gentle parenting techniques and a warm, caring demeanor. This position requires someone who can drive themselves to our home on the far westside of Madison and is available for 20 hours a week. One parent is a psychotherapist who does telehealth in the home and will be working at home during these hours. 

Qualifications:
  • Experience with babies, especially 1-year-olds.
  • Familiarity with gentle parenting practices.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to the far westside of Madison.
  • Comfortable with large dogs.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months.

Physical Demands

 Able to carry a 25lbs baby
