Must be available to work weekends. Availability in the Fall and Winter is a prerequisite for this position. 

Must be able to work at least 2 shifts a week during the school year, one shift must be Saturday.

Must be available Thanksgiving Weekend (Friday-Sunday) and the weeks leading up to Christmas Day, potentially including December 24th.

We at Little Luxuries, a locally owned gift shop on State Street since 1990, are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to join our friendly team!  
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide outstanding customer service while making customers feel welcome in our space.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills by connecting with customers in a genuine manner. 
• Learn product details and share knowledge with customers in an effective and pleasant matter. 
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness and merchandising.
• Accurately tender transactions and count the drawer, general math skills 
• Receive and process shipments, and other supportive retail tasks.

• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and around holidays 
• Experience in a retail or customer service position is preferred
