Position Summary/Job Duties:
A Shake Smart Team Member is responsible for preparing food, serving food to customers, working with a variety of culinary equipment such as blenders, convection ovens, stocking product as needed, operating a cash register, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation practices. We are looking for individuals who love working on a team, have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to customer service. Shake Smart is a growing nutrition and fitness brand with an entrepreneurial drive. We prefer those who share a passion for these values
Shake Smart employees will provide customized products for an affordable cost, while striving to make individuals health better, meeting the specific needs of each and every customer.
Take food and beverage orders.
Clearly and concisely communicate product knowledge and information to all customers.
Guide customers to the proper menu item for their taste profile or nutrition goals based off the training provided during initial employment.
Operate cash register/POS system.
Maintain sanitation standards and portion control per supervisor instructions.
Set up serving stations that include utensils, food, dishes, supplies, and condiments.
Maintain beverage station dispensers and refill as necessary.
Replenish condiments and serving utensils.
Complete required reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Possibility of pushing and pulling carts weighing approximately 200 lbs
