Monona Catering, the exclusive full-service catering company at the Frank Lloyd Wright Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center, is excited to invite you to join our team. We provide catering services for groups ranging in size from 2 to 2,000 or more, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between. Our philosophy focuses on creating exceptional experiences for every guest at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center.

Wages for Waitstaff: $4.73 an hour plus a Tip pool

For Waitstaff having Bartending experience: Wages for Bartenders: $8.81 an hour plus a Tip pool/Cash Tips

Varies based on the business booked in the building.

You do have the ability to change your availability weekly and we will not schedule you outside of your availability.

We have early morning, afternoon and late afternoon shifts which coincide with each event.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Monona Catering, the exclusive full-service catering company at the Frank Lloyd Wright Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center, is excited to invite you to join our team. We provide catering services for groups ranging in size from 2 to 2,000 or more, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between. Our philosophy focuses on creating exceptional experiences for every guest at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center.

We are seeking candidates who possess vision, creativity, and a passion for the catering industry. Monona Catering offers flexible schedules and discounted parking. As a union workplace, we provide benefits such as health, dental, short-term disability, and a 401(k) after 60 days of employment, provided you work an average of 30 hours per week. We also provide your meals during shifts, and a portion of your uniform is supplied. Our wages are competitive and based on union scale and experience. Qualifications:

Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person to join our team. 

Personal appearance standards do apply which includes neatly trimmed facial hair and limited facial piercings.
