About Us

We’re a small design and hospitality business based in downtown Madison. We live and work out of our home, and we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to help us stay organized. The first focus will be organizing our home spaces, followed by our nearby business areas.

About the Role

You’ll help bring order to both personal and professional spaces, setting up systems that make everyday life and work run more smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating structure, likes to problem-solve, and takes pride in leaving things better than they found them.

Responsibilities

  • Organize home, office, and inventory areas, including supplies, materials, and storage

  • Purge and sell/donate products leftover from previous projects

  • Set up simple, sustainable systems for keeping spaces tidy

  • Communicate clearly and ask questions to ensure the systems make sense for us

  • Work independently once oriented

  • Identify opportunities to make spaces more functional or efficient

Ideal Traits

  • Reliable and self-directed

  • Comfortable working independently

  • Uses good judgment about when to check in

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy

  • Friendly communicator who takes initiative
