Department Overview:
We are a non-profit gymnastics facility on the eastside of Madison.
Anticipated Hours Per Week
4 to 16
Schedule:
Team schedule varies Monday-Friday 3:45-7:45 based on levels. Minimum availability of 1-2 weekends during competition season to coach meets (winter/spring). Willingness to travel for meets (usually 1-2 hours distance). 1 year minimum commitment to position.
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $20.00 to $24.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:
Coach Women’s Gymnastics (Levels 2-6 / Ages 6-18). Includes paid training (length determined based on experience).
Hourly pay based on experience and performance bonus opportunities.
12 month minimum commitment to position.
Flexiblity for students who travel home during summer months.
Recreational Coach Positions also available.
Qualifications:
Gymnastics experience required.
Previous coaching experience is a plus, but not required.
Able to work a minimum 12 months.
A positive, outgoing and personable personality.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 25 pounds and spot athletes.
