Position Summary/Job Duties:
Starting next week we will be between au-pairs for our son David, now 3.5 years old. He is enrolled fulltime in the on-campus daycare (Child Development Lab), but we would still like a part-time sitter for Sunday afternoons and some evenings. He's a delightful child, very intelligent, loves to read books and play games around the house and at nearby playgrounds.
We are faculty at UW-Madison in the math and statistics departments and live on Allen St just off of University Avenue, about a 5-minute bike ride from Union South.
We are also expecting a new baby in May and might want to employ you fulltime next summer to take care of him, if we do not yet have another au pair.
Qualifications:
Prior babysitting experience is preferred but not strictly required.

Ideally we'd like you to come over on Sunday Nov. 30th to meet us, but if the job isn't filled we will meet you at a later date. We will be away from December 17th until January 16th, then the job will start again in the spring. As mentioned above, we might also want to employ you fulltime next summer for our new baby.
