Position Summary/Job Duties:

Summary:  Responsible for assisting the Human Resources department with recruitment, training, and policy compliance. Part-time, seasonal role with an anticipated start date of 3/16/26. Average of 25 hours per week during April - November and an average of 10 hours per week during December - March. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure scheduling accuracy 
  • Monitor job postings
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates 
  • Maintain accurate employee files 
  • Participates actively in Human Resources projects and goals 
  • Assist with annual trainings for team members 
  • Participate in the full cycle of recruitment & hiring 
  • Assists volunteers, team members and temporary workers in finding their locations on event days 
  • Ensure team members are compliant with all policies 
  • Ensures meal break compliance during sporting events 
  • Assist with check in process for sporting events 
  • Organize necessary materials prior to events 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

Qualifications: 

  • Human resources or staffing experience is preferred 
  • High level of computer literacy 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills  
  • Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts 
  • Able to communicate effectively with management team, guests and team members by speaking and comprehending English 
  • Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and maintain organization in a changing environment
