We are a Verona family living in the Cathedral Point neighborhood looking for a flexible part-time summer nanny to care for our three children (12-year-old boy, 10-year-old boy, 6-year-old girl). We also have a very sweet yellow lab dog that will need to be let out and occasionally walked.
We will need 3 or 4 days of care per week, Mondays – Thursdays. Fridays off! The hours needed will typically be 8am – 4pm. We would discuss the schedule in advance and are willing to be flexible on our end to make it work. There will be a couple of weeks over the summer when care may not be needed.
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, active, responsible, and caring. The kids are high energy, super silly, and love to keep busy! Their interests include sports, arts and crafts, swimming, video games, and playing outside. We have a pool membership to Hawks Landing and enjoy spending many summer days at the pool.
The kids are signed up for many camps and other activities throughout the summer, and so a car is essential. Other responsibilities include preparing breakfast and lunch for the kids, reading with the kids, and tidying up/light housework (with the kids helping!). Pay $22/hr. We will provide weekly mileage reimbursement and pay for any activities.
