3 pm - 6 pm Mondays through Fridays, but we could also do just a few days a week if you're only available for those days.

Capitoland Children’s Center is growing, and we’re looking for warm, reliable, and energetic staff members to help guide, educate, and have fun with children in our  infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who love working with children and want a supportive, Christian, child-centered environment — without nights or weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Support infant, toddler, preschool, and Kids’ Club classrooms as needed
• Assist with activities, playtime, routines, transitions, and general classroom support
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and teammates
• Help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where kids come first

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly pay based on experience, education, and position
• 90-day review
• Benefits available for full-time staff (36+ hours/week)

Location & Interviews

• Interviews are held on campus at our Southwest Madison location (across from Chavez Elementary)
• Some training is held there for staff interested in our Sun Prairie location
