Hi there, we are the Masters family (Jade, Patrick & Baby Sky).
We welcomed Sky into our Family at the beginning of September 2025. Jade and I have each enjoyed being on leave to take care of this Wee Bean while the other works. But maternity/paternity leave ends in mid-April and the child care we had arranged is suddenly unavailable due to medical circumstances :(
What this means:
Starting mid-April we will need an in-home nanny 10-20 hours a week.
Jade works from home and intends to keep breastfeeding Sky during breaks in her work.
Patrick works three 8-hour shifts a week (some weekends) so we need baby care when Patrick and Jade are both working (weekdays only). Patrick's schedule rotates; we can't offer consistent days (like every Tuesday).
We live on the east side a couple of blocks from East Highschool. We are a fun loving, silly, circus (like, we do aerial dance and other circus arts) family, with a well-behaved dog and two poorly behaved but very affectionate cats. Jade loves gardening and cooking amazing food. Patrick writes and illustrates children’s books and works as a nurse.
We use gender-neutral pronouns for sky (they/ them).
