Position Summary/Job Duties:

We are in search of a summer kid-sitter for our two active boys, ages 11 and 13. This position is on Mondays and Tuesdays from June 8 - August 18 (flexible). Hours will be 8:30am to approximately 4:30-5pm.

Duties include keeping up with two fun-loving middle school boys who like playing whiffleball, basketball, kayaking, swimming, waterguns, jamming on their guitar/drums and operating lemonade stands. Your job is to join in the fun, keep them safe and help them prepare/make healthy choices for lunch and snacks each day.

You will need a car and clean driving record to take them to occasional camps and sports practices.

Our ideal applicant will have a true appreciation for the middle school years and be a positive role model...i.e. help guide the boys in resolving conflicts with each other, model healthy behaviors, make good choices. We also have a nonshedding goldendoodle dog, so must be comfortable with pets.

Both parents work for UW and we live in the neighborhood behind Trader Joe's, off of Monroe Street.
