Department Overview:
We are a small iris nursery that sells iris for shipping around the country. This job is for maintenence and work outside of the iris business.

Schedule:
Scedule can vary and be flexible depending on weather. Most work will be project based. I can work with the employee to come up with a plan to get the work done with a scedule that works with both of us. All can be negotiated with the candidate. May extend work schedule past end date if needed.
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $20.00 to $25.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:
General garden and yard maintenence for a rural estate about 15 miles south of Madison. A regular work scedule can be planned, but may need to be flexible due to weather or coordinating with other employees. We have a Kabota tractor that is used for larger mowing projects, rototilling, bucket loader work, so being able to oprerate and help maintain the tractor and equiptment would be very helpful. Must have own transportation. Must be dog friendly.
Job duties include: weeding, mulching, tilling, pruning and brush collection, and other genreal maintenence.
Wage based on experience and ability.
Qualifications:
Gardening and yard work experieance
Small tractor work and maintenence preferred
Physical Demands
Must be able to do lifting, digging, and change tractor attachments.
