DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown has an in-house restaurant, Bistro525, which not only feeds our hungry guests but also our hungry Team Members. Each shift our employees are provided a paid 30-minutes break where they can order off of the Team Member Menu, where meals cost between $3.00-$6.00. Our kitchen not only produces the most delicious food, they also bake to perfection our signature chocolate chip and walnut cookies. The DoubleTree Cookie is a special treat all guests receive at check-in (and any other time they ask) but they are also offered to our team members. This is a complimentary treat that warms all who enjoy, guest to team member alike.

At DoubleTree, we know life is more than just work—which is why we offer flexible scheduling designed to fit around your classes, internships, and everything else on your calendar. Whether you’re an early riser ☀️ or prefer evenings ?, we’ve got shifts that work for you:
- Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Weekends: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Most of our Team Members work 16 hours per week, but we’re happy to have team members work 24+ if desired, based on your availability. (We do ask for at least one weekend shift to keep things running smoothly!)

What You’ll Do ✨
- Be the ride our Guests can count on
Safely transport Guests in our 14-passenger shuttle to destinations like the Dane County Regional Airport, local restaurants and shops, University of Wisconsin–Madison campus, Monona Terrace, and other spots within a 2-mile radius
- Create memorable first impressions
Welcome Guests, assist with luggage, provide directions, and share your favorite local recommendations for dining, attractions, and hidden gems
- Keep things looking sharp
Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our shuttles, hotel entrance, lobby areas, luggage storage, and more—making sure everything feels welcoming and guest-ready
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking friendly, people-oriented Shuttle Drivers who take pride in providing safe, reliable transportation and great guest experiences. No prior shuttle driving experience? No problem—we’re happy to train the right person!
If you enjoy driving, helping others, and feel comfortable navigating the downtown area, you’ll fit right in. We’ll take care of the rest ?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A strong focus on safety and reliability
- A positive, guest-first attitude and a willingness to help others
