This role is remote with flexible scheduling, but requires some weekly availability during business hours to support outreach to property owners and healthcare partners.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Reliable Residence is a physician-founded startup transforming how healthcare professionals find safe, furnished monthly housing near hospitals.

We’re hiring a Growth & Partnerships Associate to help expand our network of:

  • Property owners
  • Apartment complexes
  • Hospital partners

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with the founder and help scale a fast-growing platform.

What you'll do: 

  • Outreach to property owners, landlords, and apartment complexes to onboard listings
  • Build relationships with hospital systems, residency programs, and recruiters
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Follow up with leads and guide them through onboarding
  • Help identify new markets and partnership opportunities
  • Track outreach and progress in a CRM or spreadsheet

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For: 

  • Strong communication skills (confident on phone + email)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach (this is a big part of the role)
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Interest in startups or real estate
  • Bonus:
    • Sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience
    • Experience with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools
