Schedule:
WORK HOURS: 10-20 hours per week during the school year during regular business hours of 7:00am to 5:00pm. Opportunity to work potentially up to 40 hours per week during the summer and winter break.
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $15.00 to $15.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES COULD INCLUDE:
Access to worker’s compensation database, review new claims
Prepare business letters, request medical notes
Processing, deny bills
Special projects
Filing
Maintain confidentiality of claimants Other:
Lifting and carrying file boxes
Other business office duties as needed.
EXPECTATIONS: Student will report for work as scheduled, be accurate in their work assignments and be a proactive member of the team.
Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Proficient in Microsoft Word
Customer Service background
Skilled in typing, data entry
SKILLS: Attention to detail, planning and organizing, analysis and judgement, dependability, work standards, stress tolerance, communication, teamwork, respects confidentiality.
