Position Summary/Job Duties:

Executive Assistant (Personal & Lifestyle Focus)

Location: Wisconsin (Madison area preferred)
Schedule: ~20 hours/week during the academic year; full-time during summer months, with potential to transition into a full-time role post-graduation
Compensation: $20–$28/hour, based on experience

About the Role

BODYROK is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support business, personal, and home responsibilities for a senior leader.

This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional looking for hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping both professional priorities and day-to-day life running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Business & Administrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day work needs including calls, follow-ups, and returning emails
  • Assist with basic banking-related organization and tasks
  • Prepare, update, and maintain spreadsheets (must be comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Organize inboxes and materials to ensure meetings and priorities are clearly structured
  • Assist with scheduling and setting up Zoom meetings
  • Prepare documents, trackers, and materials for meetings and ongoing projects

Personal & Lifestyle Support

  • Manage scheduling for personal appointments and commitments
  • Assist with errands and day-to-day logistics
  • Research and book services (beauty, wellness, medical, etc.)
  • Help coordinate childcare, pet care, or other support services as needed

Home & Household Management

  • Coordinate household vendors, maintenance, and service appointments
  • Assist with organizing spaces and improving home systems
  • Manage deliveries, errands, and household restocking
  • Support planning and coordination of small gatherings or at-home events
  • Assist with puppy walking and sitting (must love dogs)

  • Loves dogs and is comfortable helping with pet care

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets required
  • Previous experience in an assistant, administrative, or customer-facing role is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Based in the Madison, WI area during the academic year and available full-time in the summer
