Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily food & beverage operations before, during, and after events to ensure seamless, high-quality service.
- Serve as the go-to expert on menus, product offerings, pricing, and packagaing, communicating updates clearly to your team.
- Maintain full operational readiness, ensuring all assigned areas are well-stocked, prepped, and organized.
- Champion a guest-first culture, resolving concerns with professionalism and a warm, welcoming approach.
- Manage inventory and product quality, minimizing waste while maintaining value and consistency.
- Oversee and update marketing and signage to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Ensure strict compliance with Levy, Federal, and State health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Build strong working relationships with guests, clients, and fellow Team Members, actively seeking feedback to elevate service.
- Accurately verify and manage opening and closing inventories.
- Uphold all company policies and guidelines.
- Promote responsible alcohol service and a safe environment for guests.
- Take on additional tasks that support smooth and successful operations.
