Department Overview:

Custom Fitness Specialists is a boutique strength training facility specializing in:
✔️ Instructor-led small group training (max 8 clients)
✔️ Progressive overload-based programming
✔️ 1:1 customized nutrition coaching
✔️ Helping clients (especially women 35–55) build strength, confidence, and long-term results

Schedule:

Small group training shifts are 5:30-9:30 am and/or 4:30-6:30/7:30 pm.  This is a permanent part-time position (not seasonal).  

Salary/Wage Range:

Hourly $25.00 to $30.00

This is not a bootcamp gym.
This is coaching.

What You’ll Do

✔️ Lead small group strength sessions (max 8 clients)
✔️ Coach, cue, and correct lifting technique
✔️ Build relationships with clients and create a strong community

Minimum Requirements

✔️ Certified Personal Trainer
✔️ 1+ year coaching experience
✔️ Strong understanding of strength training principles
✔️ Confidence coaching in a group setting

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

✔️ Certified Personal Trainer
✔️ 1+ year coaching experience
✔️ Strong understanding of strength training principles
✔️ Confidence coaching in a group setting
