• Flexible hours based on your schedule.
• This position may be eligible for telecommuting. Telecommuting agreement will be finalized upon hire.
• Office of Online & Professional Learning Resources (OPLR) is located at 780 Regent Street, near the Kohl Center and within walking distance of UW-Madison campus.
• 10-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
Office hours are 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Thursday; 8:00am-4:30pm, Friday
Work early or work late, depending on your needs.
Additional hours are available during winter, spring, and summer breaks.
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $14.00 to $15.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:
The Office of Online & Professional Learning Resources (OPLR) is seeking a student to assist with various support-related services for online students, primarily services related to success coaching and financial aid. This position offers flexible hours and competitive wages. We offer an opportunity to gain professional-level work within Higher Education. We are happy to coordinate information interviews to help you learn about career options within Higher Education and further develop your skillset.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate student information and enrollment plan records in CRM (customer relationship management) system
Assist with monitoring, managing, and logging student communications (primarily email).
Track steps in student onboarding processes and work closely with success coaching and financial aid teams throughout student onboarding
Scanning, filing, and processing mail
Data entry
Use of various systems, including CRM and document imaging systems
Assist with special projects or activities as assigned, or desired
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Skilled in typing, data entry
Attention to detail
Ability to apply judgment and analysis to work performed
