Position Summary/Job Duties:
Honestly, it's just about having fun, being a kid, keeping kids safe, and getting paid!
Supervise and actively engage with children ages 6 weeks+
Plan and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and learning experiences
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
Support field trips, outdoor play, and large group activities
Help implement curriculum and themed programming
Model positive behavior and guide children using respectful discipline practices
Communicate effectively with supervisors and staff
Assist with special projects (clubs, social media, events, etc.) based on interest
