Job description:
Bubble Time Express Carwash is an express tunnel carwash company located on Madison's West side. We are looking for individuals who would like to grow within our company. We aim to create a team-oriented environment with an open door policy that welcomes feedback on how to improve our company and our culture. Job Responsibilities:
Warmly greet customers in a timely manner and service their needs
Prep required vehicles
Guide customer's cars into car wash tunnel and onto the conveyor
Assist with opening and closing duties each shift as well as routine maintenance tasks
Assist customers throughout the payment process and explain Monthly Wash Club program to customers
Maintain facility grounds in a clean and orderly way during hours of operation and after
Perform preventative maintenance procedures
Contribute to the duties required in the sales & marketing of the business
Maintain active work day
Communicate well with team members

Job Qualifications:
Represent the company through professionalism and provide superior customer service
Willingness to learn and retain skills and practices of the car wash industry
Car wash experience preferred but not required
Customer service oriented
Outgoing & energetic
Positive attitude
Dependable (reliable transportation to work)
Maintain a busy work environment at all times, even when customer wash volume is slow
Must be honest and committed to being the best
Physical Demands:
Must be able to be on your feet for the entirety of your shift
Must perform duties outside in a hot and cold climate
Ability to keep up with a fast-paced work environment
Follow directions as presented
