Position Summary/Job Duties:

Student Video Creator Wanted—Paid Opportunity

I’m looking for a creative student to make short, approximately 10-second promotional videos for the Kep Westguard middle-grade time-travel adventure series.

The most important requirement is experience maintaining a consistent recurring character across multiple AI-generated videos—the same face, clothing, age, and overall appearance from one video to the next.

You may use any editing or AI-generation program you prefer, including Dzine or another program with strong character-consistency tools. You must already be comfortable using the program and have access to it.

Pay: $15 per completed and approved 10-second video, with the possibility of ongoing work.

If interested, please respond with:

  • A little about your video-editing and AI-generation experience
  • The programs you use
  • How you maintain character consistency across multiple videos
  • A sample or link to an existing video you have created
  • Approximately how many videos you could complete per week

Creativity, storytelling instincts, and an interest in history or middle-grade adventures are definite bonuses!

Qualifications:

Applicants should have experience creating and editing short videos using programs capable of maintaining the same character’s face, age, clothing, and overall appearance across multiple videos. Creativity, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to meet agreed-upon deadlines are also important. Please include a sample or link to previous video work.

Application Instructions:

Please email a brief introduction along with a sample or link to your previous video work. Also include any initial ideas you have for promoting the Kep Westguard series. My current concept is to turn exciting scenes from the books into a series of short, connected trailer videos, but I’m open to your creative suggestions!
