Are you a morning person who loves beautiful pastries, organizing, staying active, and taking care of people?
We're looking for a Morning Bakery Coordinator to help bring Bloom to life each morning at our Northstreet location. This is a wonderfully varied role for someone who likes a little bit of everything: you'll start your morning at Bloom, gather and organize the day's fresh bakery production, deliver it to Northstreet, build a beautiful bakery case, open the shop, and then spend your morning helping customers.
This isn't simply a delivery position. You're the person who takes the beautiful things our bakers make and turns them into a welcoming neighborhood bakery experience.
A Morning in the Life
Your day begins at 5:00 AM at Bloom on Monroe Street, where you'll organize and carefully pack the pastries, breads, and deli items heading to Northstreet.
From there, you'll:
- Safely transport the day's bakery production to Northstreet using Bloom’s delivery van
- Set up and merchandise a beautiful, abundant bakery case.
- Prepare the register and space for opening.
- Welcome customers warmly and help them choose something delicious.
- Package bakery items and work efficiently through the morning rush.
- Keep the bakery stocked, clean, and organized.
- Communicate with our production and front-of-house teams throughout the morning.
- Pitch in wherever needed, including dishes and daily side work.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independence and responsibility but also genuinely likes people. You'll have ownership over getting Northstreet ready for the day while still being part of the larger Bloom team.

Schedule & Pay
Part-time | 3+ shifts per week, including at least one weekend day
Tuesday–Friday | approximately 5:00 AM–9:00 AM
Saturday-Sunday | approximately 6:00 AM-12:00 PM
$16–$19/hour, depending on experience
And one of the best parts of an early start? You're finished before lunch, with the rest of your day ahead of you.
