Department Overview:
UCP works with families to give full time caregivers a much needed break in caring for their loved one. We are looking for compassionate, hardworking, kind, patient, and engaging individuals to provide this support!

Position Summary/Job Duties:
Are you looking for part time work this fall? Look no further than UCP as an Inclusion Facilitator. This position provides direct support to a child or teen with a developmental disability. Inclusion Facilitators will work with a client out in the community at a childcare or an afterschool program! Most of the hours available for this position will be in the afternoon when the school day is complete. Exact hours and location will depend on the client's schedule, as well as yours!
Responsibilities include:
Engage and interact with a child or teen with a disability
Support your client throughout the program
Work collaboratively with program staff and families
Be flexible to meet the varying needs of your client
Maintain professionalism, be positive, and helpful!
Have fun!
Qualifications:
No experience needed! People with experience, as well as those just starting their careers are encouraged to apply!
