Position Summary/Job Duties: | Rebound AM — UW-Madison Student Growth Team Help build a fast-growing brand on campus from the ground up. Rebound AM is looking for a small group of ambitious UW-Madison students to help us build the brand on campus. Rebound is an electrolyte recovery drink consumer packaged goods brand built around recovery. This isn't a traditional campus ambassador job. We're looking for students who are entrepreneurial, creative, social, and excited about startups. People who don't just want to promote a product; they want to help build something. You'll work directly with the Rebound team to figure out how we can make Rebound a bigger part of UW-Madison's campus culture. You'll help us answer questions like: ● Which student communities should we be targeting? ● What content actually gets people interested? ● Which creators should we work with? ● What events and experiences actually drive people to try Rebound? ● How do we turn social attention into people walking into local stores and buying Rebound? ● What can we learn at UW-Madison that we can eventually replicate at other universities? You'll be given real ownership, not just a checklist. What You Could Work On: Depending on your interests, you could contribute across several areas: Creator & Social ● Find and recruit UW-Madison student creators ● Help students create TikTok and Instagram content ● Develop creative ideas, hooks, and content concepts ● Identify trends and opportunities on social media ● Build and manage a network of student creators ● Help determine what content actually drives interest and purchase intent Brand & Experiential ● Help bring Rebound to campus events ● Organize sampling opportunities ● Build relationships with student organizations ● Find creative ways to get Rebound in front of students ● Help execute events, activations, and experiences ● Identify opportunities to make Rebound part of campus culture Growth & Marketing ● Test different audiences, messages, and marketing ideas ● Track what's working and what's not ● Analyze content and campaign performance ● Identify new growth opportunities ● Help develop Rebound's UW-Madison marketing playbook Startup / Generalist ● We're a small team, and there won't always be a perfectly defined job description. ● You might spend Monday recruiting creators, Wednesday planning an event, and Friday figuring out why a TikTok got 100,000 views. If you see something that needs to get done, figure it out and do it. Who We're Looking For: You might be a great fit if you: ● Are obsessed with startups, entrepreneurship, or building things ● Take initiative without being asked ● Are naturally social and plugged into campus ● Spend a lot of time on TikTok and Instagram ● Understand what makes content interesting ● Like experimenting and figuring things out ● Are competitive and want to win ● Are comfortable with ambiguity ● Want real responsibility, rather than another line on your resume You do NOT need: ● Previous marketing experience ● A large social media following ● Previous brand ambassador experience ● A perfect resume We care much more about how you think, how hard you work, and how badly you want to build something. Potential Roles: We're open to people with different interests, and responsibilities can be shaped around your strengths. Potential areas include: Student Ambassador ● Help build awareness, recruit students, support sampling, create content, and grow the Rebound community on campus. Brand / Marketing ● Help develop content, social strategy, messaging, creator relationships, and marketing experiments. Experiential Lead ● Help identify and execute events, activations, sampling opportunities, and student organization partnerships. Campus Growth Lead ● Take broader ownership of Rebound's UW-Madison growth efforts and help coordinate creators, ambassadors, events, and experiments. You don't need to fit neatly into one of these roles. We're most interested in finding great people and giving them opportunities to make an impact. What You'll Get: ● Real ownership and responsibility ● Direct exposure to a growing consumer brand ● The opportunity to work directly with the Rebound team ● Hands-on experience in marketing, growth, social media, creator marketing, and experiential marketing ● The opportunity to build something from the ground up ● A chance to turn your ideas into real-world experiments ● Potential for increased responsibility and compensation based on performance How to Apply: To apply, please submit: 1. Your resume 2. Answer 2 questions: ● Why Rebound? ● If you had $500 and one month to make Rebound a bigger brand at UW-Madison, what would you do? 3. Optional: Send us a short video introducing yourself and telling us why you think you'd be a good fit.
