We're a Madison amily with 7-year-old twins who love being outdoors and finding small adventures, whether that's a new park, a trail, or playground. They're curious, sweet, energetic kids who are also autistic and nonspeaking but physically independent. What helps them most is a calm, patient adult who keeps things predictable. Transitions, like leaving school and heading to an appointment tend to be pretty good for them, but having someone who is steady and kind helps them feel safe and at ease. We'll set you up for success. You'll get an orientation with the kids before your first solo trip, a short guide to what helps each of them, and a direct line to us whenever you need it. We value reliability and communication, and in return we offer fair, guaranteed pay and a consistent schedule.

Transition at school would be at about 1:40pm with a 2pm sign in at therapy Monday through Friday. We would compensate $45/shift and guarantee hours. 

Seeking a reliable driver for my second grader twins from school to therapy (15 minutes point A to B, far west Madison near Fitchburg to near West Towne Mall). Would need to sign kids out at school and receive from school staff and then take into therapy center and sign in for therapy. $45 per trip plus mileage, guaranteed pay on scheduled days. Experience with kids with disabilities a plus; I'll provide orientation and booster seats. Would need reliable vehicle and safe driving record.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance [cut if they'll drive your car]
• Comfortable installing and using car seats or boosters for two kids
• Available for at least one driving shfit during the school year, and punctual, since therapy starts at a set time
• Willing to complete a background check and share references
• Calm, patient, and kind, especially during transitions when kids may be tired or overwhelmed
• Good communicator who will text us if anything comes up
• Commitment for at least fall semester, ideally full academic year (through mid-June 2027)
