Student Jobs

• Approx. 20 hours a week (typically will be early mornings and/or early evenings)
• Days/times can be flexible based on needs of employee and our family
• Ability to earn more hours

Our family in Madison's Monroe Street neighborhood is looking for a reliable mother's helper / after-school nanny for our two active kids, ages 4 and 6. Part-time, 2–4 days per week, starting the week of October 19.

Schedule:

• Flexible: 2–4 days per week (open to splitting days between multiple people if needed)
• Hours: roughly 4:00–7:00 PM, exact timing flexible based on the day's activities
• Occasional daytime school pick-ups as needed

Responsibilities

• Transportation to and from kids' after-school activities (safe driving record required)
• Occasional school pick-up
• Helping kids stay on track with their homework and chores (supervising and holding them accountable, not doing chores for them)
• Kids' laundry (washing, folding, putting away)
• Tidying kids' rooms and play areas
• Light meal and snack prep for the kids
• Occasional evening babysitting for date nights (may include bedtime routine)

• Experience with children
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable driving kids (own vehicle or family vehicle)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable with light household responsibilities tied to kids' spaces
• Patient but firm — able to encourage kids to follow through on responsibilities
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus
• References required
• Infant CPR and First aid certification is a plus
